Renowned for his innovative solutions, Eugene litigates complex civil and criminal cases for Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, real estate development companies, prominent c-suite executives, and high-net worth individuals, while also representing the neediest individuals in pro bono matters.  His approach is defined by a delicate balance of careful thought and swift action, blending intellect, intuition, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of legal strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Eugene practiced high-stakes litigation at a prestigious national trial boutique in Los Angeles and as an associate at a prominent international law firm.  While in law school, Eugene drafted amicus briefs on First Amendment issues in the U.S. Supreme Court and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit, and was invited along with his team to provide oral argument on those briefs in the Ninth and Eleventh Circuit.  He also served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and was given multiple awards for having the highest grades in his classes.
