Patrick works at the intersection of law, business, and technology. Before going to law school, Patrick worked his way through college in his university’s IT department until he eventually took over the university’s printing and graphic design division on a full-time basis the semester before graduation. About four years later, Patrick went back to school full-time in pursuit of his juris doctor at the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Patrick served multiple years as President of the Christian Legal Society, and on the Executive Board of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society. He also earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement in Sexuality and the Law. During this same time, Patrick also took classes and earned a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music. As part of his music business studies, Patrick worked for Cane Records and Cat5 Music Publishing and interned for a Miami-based entertainment start-up, Acoustic Soul Entertainment Group. 

After graduation, Patrick went to work full-time for well-known employment litigation firm in downtown Miami, Florida. While there, Patrick worked cross-functionally in all aspects of a high-volume legal practice. He engaged in extensive drafting of legal briefs, contracts, and various corporate policy documents, including arbitration agreements, restrictive covenants, non-disclosure, and confidentiality agreements. He also conducted advanced research and gave top-level guidance on a wide array of substantive and procedural issues. In addition to his legal work, Patrick used his broad background to take on many other aspects of the firm’s operations including information technology, training, and human resources work. In early 2022, Patrick made the decision to move across the country from Miami, Florida to Los Angeles, California. Before doing so, he used his vast experience in employment matters to become a Certified Professional in Human Resource, with a special emphasis in employment laws unique to the State of California. 

Outside of work, Patrick loves spending time with his beautiful wife, Ingrid, and his wonderful daughter, Stella, who is an aspiring actress. He is also an avid musician, having had the privilege of playing music and touring all over the United States, and abroad in Paris and Australia. Patrick’s other interests include photography, building computers, and AI-generated art.
