• Won a $21 million award in a federal civil jury trial, finding all controlling shareholders, board members, and officers liable for breach of fiduciary duty & corporate waste case involving a $250 million company.

• Obtained a favorable outcome defending a national media organization against a multi-billion-dollar defamation claim at the summary judgment stage.

• Secured a desirable settlement on the first day of trial, representing the founder and former CEO of one of the most well-respected sports and entertainment talent agencies in a business dispute, after defeating summary judgment.

• Defused threatened litigation against a Fortune 10 healthcare company by conducting an investigation, preparing dispositive motion arguments, and persuading opposing counsel to abandon filing.
